Mount Hope Church will once again be hosting the re-enactment of the Living Lord's Supper on Palm Sunday. This very moving drama begins with powerful music introducing the entry of Jesus where he walks through the crowds of Jerusalem and where the people exuberantly lay palm branches at his feet. Then the disciples gather for a meal with Jesus as the actors portray what it was like the night Jesus partook in the last meal with his close friends. The audience will be invited to partake in Communion with Jesus and his disciples during this event. As the actors quote the Scriptures, this performance moves even the toughest hearts. Don't miss this opportunity to experience the Easter season in a very special way. Come on out to Mount Hope Church in Gaylord for two special performances being held on Sunday, April 17th at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Everyone is invited. There is no charge for admission, but the regular church offering will be taken during the two performances. A third and final performance is scheduled for Good Friday, April 22nd at the Evangelical Free Church at 6:30 p.m. |
