Churches working together to engage the homeless population of our town and provide a warm, safe place to stay

In an endeavor to help the homeless in the Gaylord community churches are coming together to help fill a need.  The Refuge was started to keep the homeless out of the cold and in a warm safe place.  The Refuge will be hosted from church to church, and run completely by volunteers.  Church's in the community are stepping up and filling a need, and sending a message that we want to serve as Christ served.

Acts 28:2 - The local people showed us extraordinary kindness, for they lit a fire and took us all in, since it was raining and cold.

Seeing The Refuge is completely ran by volunteers, we need your involvement.  We have four shifts available if you can help.  Please use the form below to see those shifts and the responsibilities that you will have.  Thanks for helping those who need it most.  You are truly a blessing to the community.
